Changway Realty Group provides wall-to-wall covered property management services from residential to commercial. We will handle everything from listing the properties, screening the tenants, negotiating the contract, move-in/move-out inspections. We will sign the leasing contract on behalf of the landlords with the tenants. The landlords never have to deal with tenants. During the leasing term, we will handle on-going maintenance and handyman services, collecting rent and repair bill payments. At the end of each month, we will issue net rent checks to landlords with detailed accounting reports.
