Changway Realty has two different service plans. Customer can either choose the traditional brokerage service with percentage commissions based on the selling price of the properties or the flexible itemized fees based on the level of services provided. For some clients who prefers a DIY approach, they can just choose our basic MLS listing service and then handle all other issues themselves. Others who prefers a complete hands-off approach, they can choose the traditional all-inclusive brokerage services. Please see the itemized price table below.
